DCS Group

We work in partnership with some of the world’s most recognised FMCG brands while also building and growing our own. Alongside representing global names such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Kenvue, PZ Cussons, and SC Johnson, we are proud owners of our Enliven brand, a key driver of our continued growth.

With over 30 years of sustained growth, DCS combines the scale and capability of a national business with the agility and values of a family-owned organisation. Our business continues to evolve, with exciting developments across food distribution and new partnerships including Whitworths and Danone, further strengthening our multi-category FMCG portfolio.

Operating across Sales & Distribution, Export, Co-Packing, and Manufacturing from our 26-acre Banbury HQ and our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Redditch, DCS offers a fast-paced environment where people can genuinely make an impact.

The Role

We are recruiting a Key Account Executive to look after the Coty account. To support the growth, distribution, and visibility of our portfolio across Wholesale customers servicing the convenience channel.

This role is key to delivering strong execution in depot, accurate forecasting, and effective activation across core brands. You’ll work closely with National Account Managers, the wholesale and convenience teams, and key external partners to ensure plans are delivered in line with customer and business priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
