I am proud to be working with Jing Tea and we search for a new London Key Account manager.

JING has spent over 20 years redefining what tea can be, becoming the choice of Michelin-starred chefs, five-star hotels and some of the world's most respected hospitality destinations.

Now comes the opportunity to build on that reputation.

If you know how premium hospitality works, understand how to win influential accounts and enjoy opening doors that elevate a brand, this could be the role that defines your next chapter.

What's in it for you?

  • Own some of the UK's and Europe's most prestigious hospitality accounts
  • Join an internationally recognised premium brand with genuine heritage and purpose
  • The freedom to develop long-term commercial strategies rather than simply chase short-term targets
  • Work directly with senior leadership where your ideas genuinely influence growth
  • A business that invests in its people through training, development and flexible working
  • Hybrid working, generous holiday allowance, annual bonus, private healthcare and outstanding employee benefits

About the business...

Most people think they know tea.

Then they discover JING.

For over two decades they've partnered with master tea producers across the world's finest tea-growing regions, sourcing exceptional single-origin teas that have transformed the way luxury hospitality serves one of its most important drinks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
