Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) with a focus on Water Spray Applications globally, play pivotal role in driving future business growth and expanding market share within the Burner Components division.

Your role involves:
- Managing and nurturing strategic relationships with key OEM and distribution customers in water spray applications worldwide.
- Identifying opportunities across existing and new global markets.
- Supporting the traditional oil burner business within UK/IE while driving profitability and long-term growth.
- Contributing to sales targets and broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
As a KAM for Water Spray Applications, you will:
- Develop and grow key accounts globally, expanding market share.
- Drive profitable growth while strengthening relationships with decision-makers.
- Combine strategic account planning with execution to achieve measurable results.
- Operate flexibly from within UK/Europe (home office or Danfoss office location).

Essential Duties

Drive Business Growth
- Secure sustainable, profitable expansion in water spray markets.
- Strengthen partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users.

Shape Sales Strategy
- Create and execute tailored account plans for global growth.
- Identify new opportunities and improve market presence.

Engage Customers
- Build trust-based relationships at all levels (from senior leadership to technical teams).

Deliver Results
- Lead account development initiatives and manage pipelines to meet sales targets.
- Align business actions with Danfoss’ global strategy.

Collaborate Globally
- Work with cross-functional and international teams for consistent success.
Requirements & Skills
We are seeking a results-driven professional with:
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships in dynamic international environments.
- Self-motivation and capacity to drive short- and long-term growth.
Preferences
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (related fields preferred but not essential).
- Experience:
- 3+ years in account management, sales, or business development within HVAC or water industries.
- OEM or distribution account experience desired.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to craft and execute sales strategies in fast-paced markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
