Key Account Manager
The Role:
The Key Account Manager role is working for an instantly recognisable brand within the sanitaryware & bathroom product manufacturing sector. You will be covering an area across the South East of the UK spanning Peterborough down to Brighton with a key focus on London and the home counties. In this role, the Key Account Manager will be selling three core branded ranges of sanitaryware such as sinks, toilets, baths, showers, and taps used in non-residential setting projects across the territory. These applications are within healthcare & hospitals, education, hotel groups and commercial buildings. The Key Account Manager's core focus is the commercial success with framework agreements with five major main contractor clients which will involve contract renegotiation, the rebate structures, and the maintenance of the project pipeline across the region.

Attention to detail is key in this position and we're looking for individuals who have experience and a track record in commercial agreements with Main Contractors, who have a background in internal stakeholder management, and working on non-residential projects.

Our client is a clear leader in their field and have a long-history of manufacture in the UK. They have a strong team and have a good level of retention in the business. They have a superb infrastructure and support system for every role in the organisation and the team ethic is clear to see. As a business they are highly innovative and have recently brought out new products in the infection control area of sanitary products which have really helped the healthcare market. It's an exciting time to join the business as they continue to invest in the UK business and are known throughout the globe.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Have an attention to detail and a history of contract negotiation with Main Contractors
- A hunger, desire, and passion to find new projects
- Understanding of the sales process within the non-residential construction industry
- Clear communicator both written and verbal
- Team player, organised, and have strong sales potential
- Full & Clean Driving licence
Salary:
Up to £51,000 basic salary DOE + 25% OTE (with a large proportion guaranteed in year one) + Hybrid Car + Pension (up to 10% company contribution) + healthcare scheme + 25 days holiday
