Key Account Manager – B2B Sales – Premium Drinks Brand
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 Days a week in the office – dependent on customer meetings)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Basic Salary
OTE/Bonus: Uncapped
Benefits: Enhanced Pension
Holiday: 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays & Christmas Closure

With ambitious plans, a collaborative leadership team and a clear vision for the future, they're continuing to invest in their commercial team as they build long-term partnerships with businesses across the UK.
As part of this continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to help drive both new business and account development across a well-established customer base.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This is a true hybrid role, combining both account management and new business development.

- Inherit an established portfolio of B2B customers
- Identify and win new commercial opportunities across London and the South East
Working with organisations ranging from SME businesses through to large corporate customers, you'll become a trusted commercial partner, ensuring customers receive an exceptional service whilst continually identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
This is a highly customer-facing role where relationship building is just as important as commercial delivery.
You will also:
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of key B2B customers
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling and commercial development
- Identify and win new business opportunities across defined sectors
- Build long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Deliver tailored commercial proposals and negotiate agreements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Monitor customer performance, identify opportunities and maximise revenue growth
- Represent the business professionally across customer meetings and industry events
The role is based from the company's central London based office three days per week, with customer visits across London and the South East.
REQUIREMENTS:
We're looking for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships and spotting opportunities to grow existing customers whilst developing new business.
Experience within premium food & drink, workplace services or a closely aligned sector would be advantageous, although we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong consultative B2B sales experience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will need:
- Experience within B2B sales, account management or a hybrid commercial role
- A proven track record of growing existing accounts whilst winning new business
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify revenue opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine desire to learn and develop
- The confidence to engage with customers ranging from SMEs through to large corporate organisations
- A full UK driving licence
