Worldwide our 5,500 colleagues are taking pride in their work, guided by our values – Passion, Reliability, Integrity, Drive and Everyone. Every day they are developing, producing, and distributing affordable and sustainable baby, woman and adult personal care products.

As we continue being 'Here for you’, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team.

Scope of the Role

This role is designed to own and lead the UK customer relationship, taking full accountability for account performance, delivery, and growth, whilst working alongside the International Key Account Manager (IKAM).

While initially being supported by the IKAM, the expectation is that the KAM will quickly take ownership of the day-to-day management of the UK account, becoming the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires strong commercial ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to independently drive projects from concept through to execution.

Mission and Key Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Leadership

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the UK account, acting as the primary contact for the customer
  • Build and maintain strong, independent relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Drive the UK account strategy in alignment with broader business objectives alongside the IKAM.
  • Become the go-to person internally and externally for all UK account-related matters for this Key customer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
