Key Account Manager
Up to £50k + 10%
HQ Location: Coventry
ENB are working with an established organisation in workwear supply who are looking for an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
To be successful in this opening, you will need to have account management experience, enjoy building long term business relationships and take ownership of customer experience and delivery.
As the Key Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to your portfolio of clients, delivering an exceptional experience, identifying opportunities to support growth and strengthen the business partnership. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that they are performing above the standard set with their service, innovative solutions and results.

What will you be doing?
- Proactively communicating with those active accounts growing opportunities and service delivery
- Continue to build those strong, long term relationships with key client stakeholders
- Resolve any issues that have escalated with urgency, professionalism, and empathy
- Work collaboratively with internal Design, Supply Chain and Operations teams to drive client outcomes
- Identify new opportunities for upselling, cross selling and referrals within the client accounts
- Lead client review meetings and provide valuable performance insights
- Monitor account performance, market trends, and client developments to support future growth

Experience you will need to be considered:
- A proven track record within an Account Management or Business Development role
- Experience of growing B2B customer accounts
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- The ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client needs and business objectives
- A growth mindset with the ambition to continuously develop and improve
