Role Description
The Key Account Manager (Direct Mail) is a full-time, on-site role based in our friendly Nottingham office, responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships within the direct mail and cross-media marketing space. This role oversees day-to-day account activity, including briefing campaigns, coordinating with internal production and creative teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards. The Key Account Manager will identify opportunities for production optimisation, and prepare proposals to support clients’ campaign objectives. Regular responsibilities include managing key account communications, working with our production team to build pricing and proposal options for our clients, presenting campaign recommendations, and supporting business planning for existing and new accounts. The role requires proactive collaboration with clients and colleagues to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong account management and key accounts experience, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Proven customer service skills, including effective stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
- Experience in direct mail, print production, or marketing services, ideally within an agency or similar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team environment in Nottinghamshire.
