Overview
The Key Account Manager – Energy, Fashion & Athletic Channel for Crocs is responsible for driving strategic growth across designated key accounts within the UK wholesale market. Reporting to the Wholesale Director UK & Ireland, this role leads account planning, relationship management, and cross-functional execution to deliver sales targets and long-term brand expansion. The position works closely with internal teams and external partners to activate commercial strategies, strengthen key partnerships, and accelerate growth across priority channels.
What You'll Do
- Drive strategic growth across Energy, Fashion & Athletic Specialty channels by developing and executing account-specific business and sales plans
- Manage key account relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and alignment with Crocs’ brand priorities and commercial targets
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers to align on initiatives, forecasts, product strategies, and business opportunities
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer performance, and channel dynamics
- Track sales performance, KPIs, and account profitability, delivering timely reporting and actionable insights
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Marketing teams to execute initiatives and maximize growth
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with key accounts in line with company expectations
- Activate in-market execution through store visits, account reviews, trade fairs, and sales conferences to ensure optimal assortment and brand representation

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field – or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management, preferably within footwear, fashion, or sporting goods industries
- Strong background knowledge of UK wholesale market, specifically Energy, Fashion, and Athletic Specialty channels
- Highly developed commercial acumen with a strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and account growth strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts in a complex, matrixed organization
- Ability to drive growth strategies and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Proven ability to think strategically while balancing a hands-on, deal-making mindset with innovative problem solving
