R&D Partners is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our client as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will focus on growing the neuroscience business by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs). Your goal will be to optimize patient care, address service challenges, and implement tailored strategies to achieve sales targets in key accounts. This position requires a solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Work with healthcare providers to improve patient care and grow the use of neuroscience products.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and address challenges in healthcare settings.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and develop advocates for change.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies tailored to specific accounts.
- Use data and insights to prioritize opportunities and align goals with healthcare organizations.
- Deliver effective presentations and training to healthcare professionals.
- Utilize digital tools and face-to-face interactions to engage with customers.
- Stay informed about neuroscience products, disease areas, and the local healthcare environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
- Knowledge of the healthcare system and its priorities.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and driving projects to completion.
- Ability to analyze data and create strategic plans for account management.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and codes of practice.
- A degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
