Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is looking for a Key Client Manager to become the main point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, managing projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. Working closely with production, logistics, procurement and commercial teams, you'll ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with key customer accounts
  • Coordinating customer projects from enquiry through to delivery
  • Preparing quotations and commercial documentation
  • Monitoring customer orders throughout the supply chain
  • Liaising with production, logistics and procurement teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems
  • Resolving customer queries and providing regular project updates
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

About You

  • Previous experience in Key Account Management, Customer Service, Commercial or Project Coordination
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous
  • Experience within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or industrial sectors is desirable but not essential
