Key Account Manager
Key Account Manager – Foodservice/OOH
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £45,000 + Car Allowance / Company Car
Bonus: Up to 25% Quarterly Bonus
The Opportunity
We’re recruiting a high-impact Key Account Manager to take ownership of a well-established, high-performing Foodservice portfolio. You’ll inherit a healthy P&L from an experienced KAM and be responsible for driving the next phase of commercial growth across a diverse customer base.
This role sits within a fast-paced, category-leading food business with strong brand equity and huge headroom for expansion across UK foodservice. You’ll work closely with chefs, buyers, wholesalers, and operators to strengthen relationships, unlock new listings, and deliver profitable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow key accounts across Restaurants, Contract Caterers, and Higher Education sites.
- Own a mature P&L and deliver sustainable sales, profit, and distribution growth.
- Build strategic customer plans that elevate brand visibility and drive long-term performance.
- Lead joint business planning with wholesale partners and operator groups.
- Identify new commercial opportunities across menus, concepts, and seasonal rotations.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, category, and supply chain to support customer activation.
- Deliver best-in-class account management in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in Foodservice Wholesale account management.
- Proven ability to manage and grow operator-led accounts (restaurants, caterers, education).
- Commercially sharp with strong negotiation, forecasting, and P&L ownership skills.
- Relationship-driven approach — able to influence chefs, buyers, and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to spot and convert growth opportunities.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
