This Key Account Manager – Food Colors role is a home-based position across Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, or Belgium, with a focus on pan-European accounts to drive growth opportunities.
Your Role: The Big Picture
As a Key Account Manager for Food Colors, you will:
- Lead sales and growth in top-tier, value-added food color solutions across all food & beverage categories.
- Build and strengthen pan-European key accounts, expanding business through new opportunities while deepening existing relationships.
- Penetrate new markets, identifying and securing high-value projects to convert them into long-term sales.
- Develop and execute strategic account business plans, covering customer needs, sales forecasts, and satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QC/QA, and Finance to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups drive projects to successful completion.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Technical or sales experience in food B2B environments, with a sharp business acumen for winning new accounts.
- A strategic mindset and the drive to innovate—your passion for performance will enable you to partner with key decision-makers and sell complex technical solutions with confidence and precision.
- Fluency in English (essential)— supplémentaire practical knowledge of European languages is a bonus.
- Professional resilience and adaptability, including regular travel across Europe for client visits, trade shows, and stakeholder discussions.
