Location: Ebury London – Office based

About the Role
A new position has become available to expand Ebury’s growing Whitelabel Partnership team. As the Key Account Manager, you will manage an existing client portfolio while actively driving its growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular client meetings with directors to review current performance
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing Whitelabel Partners
- Collaborate to generate additional revenue and train partners on Ebury’s products and capabilities
- Ensure High-Level Service (HLS) standards are met across Ebury teams
- Work with sales teams to identify and onboard new business opportunities
- Compliance oversight by ensuring partners adhere to Ebury’s AML and operational processes
- Provide feedback on enhancing processes and systems to support partners and clients

Requirements
- Proven sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services environment (preferably within FX or dealing roles)
- Prior successful collaboration with Whitelabel partners or Program Managers highly beneficial
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
