Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Pershore, Worcestershire
Job Type: Permanent / Onsite
My client, a highly specialised manufacturing business are on the hunt for a driven and dynamic account manager to join their Sales Team!
Role and Responsibilities – Key Account Manager
Reporting to the Sales Director, the role primarily consists of relationship led strategic account management and new business development. Using a strategic, value-based approach, you will be responsible for growing existing key accounts while proactively developing new business opportunities.
Other responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support to customers (application engineering solutions)
- Cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational and strategic objectives
- Management of OEM accounts
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers

Experience or Qualifications – Key Account Manager
- Industry B2B sales experience essential (engineering or manufacturing)
- Good communication to enable effective relationships with a diverse range of customers
- Previous experience of international travel visiting clients
- Examples of customer relationships that have been successful
