We're looking for a commercially minded Key Account Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of strategic insurance and affinity partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering commercial results and coordinating across multiple business functions to drive performance and growth. While experience in mobile device insurance is not required, you'll bring the commercial and relationship management skills needed to succeed in a regulated environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Head of Home & Digital Risk UK & Ireland, you'll be responsible for the performance, retention and growth of key partnerships across our portfolio.
You'll act as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders, ensuring contractual commitments are delivered, performance issues are proactively managed and commercial opportunities are converted into results.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing and developing senior client relationships across strategic accounts.
- Leading account governance, business reviews and performance reporting.
- Creating and delivering account plans focused on retention, performance and growth.
- Identifying opportunities to expand products, services and distribution channels within existing partnerships.
- Monitoring revenue, profitability, service levels and contractual commitments.
- Identifying risks early and coordinating internal teams to resolve issues.
- Working closely with Operations, Product, Underwriting, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver client commitments.
- Maintaining accurate account activity, pipeline and opportunity forecasts within Salesforce.
- Using data, digital tools and AI responsibly to improve insight, planning and decision-making.
- Supporting contract renewals, commercial negotiations and partnership development initiatives.

What We're Looking For
We're Interested In Candidates Who Can Demonstrate
- Experience managing significant B2B client accounts, commercial partnerships or strategic customer relationships.
- A proven track record of improving account performance, retention, revenue and profitability.
- Strong account planning, governance and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to challenge clients and internal stakeholders constructively.
- The ability to analyse data and translate insights into clear commercial actions.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple business functions.
- Exposure to insurance, financial services or another regulated industry.
- Confidence using CRM platforms, reporting tools and AI-enabled technologies.
Experience within home, motor, pet, travel, affinity, banking, warranty, protection products or other regulated partnership environments would be beneficial, although specialist mobile device insurance experience is not required.
