We're looking for a commercially minded Key Account Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of strategic insurance and affinity partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering commercial results and coordinating across multiple business functions to drive performance and growth. While experience in mobile device insurance is not required, you'll bring the commercial and relationship management skills needed to succeed in a regulated environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Head of Home & Digital Risk UK & Ireland, you'll be responsible for the performance, retention and growth of key partnerships across our portfolio.

You'll act as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders, ensuring contractual commitments are delivered, performance issues are proactively managed and commercial opportunities are converted into results.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing and developing senior client relationships across strategic accounts.
  • Leading account governance, business reviews and performance reporting.
  • Creating and delivering account plans focused on retention, performance and growth.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand products, services and distribution channels within existing partnerships.
  • Monitoring revenue, profitability, service levels and contractual commitments.
  • Identifying risks early and coordinating internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Working closely with Operations, Product, Underwriting, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver client commitments.
  • Maintaining accurate account activity, pipeline and opportunity forecasts within Salesforce.
  • Using data, digital tools and AI responsibly to improve insight, planning and decision-making.
  • Supporting contract renewals, commercial negotiations and partnership development initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
