Key Account Manager – Intellectual Property Solutions - French Speaker - Location: London or Paris Language Requirement: Fluent French (business level essential; native preferred) A rapidly scaling intellectual property technology business is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative company operating at the intersection of IP, technology, and data intelligence, working with leading global clients across legal, innovation, and R&D functions. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships across Europe, acting as a trusted advisor to key accounts and driving long-term commercial partnerships. You will work closely with clients to understand their intellectual property, patent, and innovation management needs while ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts Build strong senior stakeholder relationships across legal, IP, and innovation teams Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services and solutions Collaborate with internal product and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes Support commercial growth across French-speaking markets Act as a market and client advocate within the business Candidate Profile Proven experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Enterprise Sales Prior experience within the intellectual property, patent analytics, legal technology, or innovation ecosystem is essential Fluent French language skills at business level required (native French strongly preferred) Strong commercial acumen and relationship management capability Experience working with enterprise or multinational clients Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling environment What’s on Offer Opportunity to join a high-growth international business Exposure to leading global clients and cutting-edge technology Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture Competitive salary and bonus structure Flexible location across London or Paris
