Location: Hybrid role, with some national and international travel required

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Contract Type: Full time, Permanent

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of sports and fashion licensing partnerships across Europe.

This is a tactical, execution-focused role suited to someone comfortable operating without heavy strategic support structures, balancing account management with proactive new business development.

As Our Key Account Manager You Will

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing licensees and licensor partners across sports and fashion categories, ensuring contractual and commercial obligations are met
  • Identify and deliver revenue growth opportunities within the current account portfolio through range extension, new product categories, and improved sell-through
  • Proactively prospect, pitch, and close new licensing partnerships across European markets
  • Negotiate commercial terms, royalty rates, and contract renewals with a hands-on, deal-focused approach
  • Monitor account performance against sales targets and royalty forecasts, taking corrective action where needed
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of licensing agreements
  • Represent the business at trade shows, sporting/fashion industry events, and partner meetings across Europe
  • Provide regular, practical reporting on account status, pipeline, and market opportunities to the leadership team

Key Competencies

  • Commercial acumen - strong grasp of licensing deal structures, royalty models, and P&L impact
  • Relationship management - able to build trust quickly with brand partners and licensees at multiple levels
  • New business development - confident prospecting, pitching, and closing deals independently
  • Cross-market adaptability - experience working across European territories beyond UK/Ireland
  • Self-sufficiency and pragmatism - comfortable working tactically in a small-business environment
