About Junior

We're building cutting-edge LLM-powered tools to supercharge the investment research process for private market investors. Our clients include several of the world's top 10 private equity and consulting firms, and are responsible for investing billions of dollars annually. We're a profitable, bootstrapped company with a growing team in London and NYC. We 10x'd our revenue in 2025.

Role Description

Junior has established itself as the go-to AI platform for primary research at the world's leading consulting and professional services firms. We already serve CDD teams at firms like BCG, EY, and PwC - and now we're ready to go much deeper into these accounts.

We are hiring a Key Account Manager to own and grow one of our most important enterprise accounts, with the opportunity to expand your book of business as you establish yourself in the role. Working closely with leadership, you will go deep on your account - building relationships, driving adoption, managing commercial opportunities, and ensuring your client gets maximum value from Junior.

This is not a support role. You will be the primary owner of your account, responsible for its health, growth, and day-to-day success. You will operate with clear frameworks and the support of experienced leaders, and as you grow into the role, you'll take on additional accounts and broader commercial responsibility.

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning enterprise accounts, taking accountability for retention, adoption, and revenue growth across your book of business
  • Reporting on account health and forecasting, maintaining a clear picture of adoption, pipeline, and risk and communicating this proactively to leadership
  • Managing pilots, guiding prospective teams through structured evaluation periods and driving conversion to long-term customers
  • Identifying and escalating risks relevant to your accounts, and collaborating with the team to resolve issues before they escalate
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with champions and senior stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement levels
  • Managing integrations and deployments, helping clients connect Junior to their existing tools and workflows
  • Contributing to Digital CS programs, producing content and resources that help customers succeed at scale
  • Generating leads and expansion opportunities within your accounts, surfacing pipeline and working with the commercial team to progress it
  • Submitting structured product feedback, serving as the voice of your customers to help shape Junior's roadmap
  • Mentoring junior team members and actively contributing to the success of the broader Customer Success function - including participation in events and campaigns

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

We're looking for a Key Account Manager who:

  • Has 6 years+ of experience in consulting, account management, customer success, or commercial roles within or selling into consulting, professional services, or financial services firms
  • Has a strong understanding of consulting and financial services workflows - particularly the pressures, timelines, and decision-making structures that drive these environments
  • Has a track record of retaining and growing enterprise accounts, with a strong instinct for identifying expansion signals and progressing commercial opportunities
  • Is commercially minded, comfortable owning NRR targets and thinking about both retention and growth revenue within their accounts
  • Builds genuine, trusted relationships with client contacts and is seen as a reliable, knowledgeable partner - not just a vendor
  • Is a strong communicator - comfortable leading client meetings, presenting to senior stakeholders, and writing clearly and concisely
  • Is organised and disciplined about account hygiene - keeps CRM up to date, follows up reliably, and manages their book proactively rather than reactively
  • Has a coaching instinct - takes ownership of developing junior colleagues beyond their own account responsibilities, and thrives in a collaborative team environment
  • Has a strong product instinct - curious about how AI tools can transform workflows, and able to articulate that credibly in client conversations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment - adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with some ambiguity while also following established processes and playbooks
  • Has a genuine interest in AI and wants to be part of a company that is reshaping how professional services firms work
