Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager (Workwear Industry)

Location: London, South East England, UK

Join Our Team – Drive sales growth in the international workwear sector by building strong distributor relationships, identifying opportunities, and representing MASCOT at industry events.


About the Role

Are you passionate about forging lasting business relationships, creating growth opportunities, and pushing sales performance? Do you thrive in a dynamic, proactive environment within the workwear industry?

As a Key Account Manager at MASCOT, you’ll play a crucial role in developing strategic partnerships, managing high-value accounts, and promoting our innovative solutions—both in distributors and end-users. Our international team delivers cutting-edge safety footwear and workwear, and we’re seeking someone who shares our ambition to succeed through collaboration, expertise, and unwavering commitment.


Your Responsibilities

Sales & Relationship Building

  • Drive sales growth by developing and managing a successful sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities independently and strategically.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with the UK Sales Team and senior management to create strategic business plans for key accounts.
  • Plan and deliver effective product presentations to distributors and customers.
  • Represent MASCOT at trade exhibitions, positioning our products and services as industry-leading solutions.

Requirements & Skills

What We’re Looking For

✅ A proactive “can-do” mindset with a strong passion for business development. ✅ Exceptional communicator, capable of influential discussions and persuasive writing. ✅ A proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with distributors, key accounts, and customers—ideally in workwear or safety footwear. ✅ Deep understanding of distribution processes and sales channels in a B2B environment. ✅ Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, solve problems creatively, and drive decisions.
