The Key Account Manager (On Trade) - North East role offers the chance to work with some of the world's best-loved drinks brands in a dynamic and evolving channel.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute account plans to drive volume and value growth across the On Trade channel in the North East region Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including national and regional pub groups, bars, and hospitality venues Manage promotional activity, pricing strategies and trade investment to maximise return on investment Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, supply chain and field sales to deliver aligned commercial objectives Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risk Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting in line with business requirements The Ideal Candidate The successful Key Account Manager (On Trade) will have a proven track record in account management within the drinks, hospitality or FMCG sector. Experience working within the On Trade channel is highly desirable, along with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels. The role requires someone who is comfortable working autonomously, managing their own territory, and who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills are essential.
