An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager (On-Trade) to join a highly respected drinks business with a portfolio of world-renowned brands across whisky, spirits, wines, ports and liqueurs.
This company is part of a larger international group with strong heritage and ambitious growth plans across the UK on-trade sector.
The business is known for its entrepreneurial culture, investment in people and focus on building long-term partnerships within the hospitality and licensed trade. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced account manager looking to take ownership of key relationships in a dynamic and fast-moving market.
The Role You'll be responsible for driving commercial performance across a portfolio of strategic accounts in the North West region. This is a field-based role requiring strong relationship management, commercial acumen and a consultative approach to selling.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of key on-trade accounts across the North West, including national chains, regional groups and independent operators Build and execute joint business plans that deliver volume, distribution and brand visibility objectives Drive listing opportunities and range reviews across the portfolio of premium spirits and wines Monitor performance against targets and provide accurate forecasting and reporting Identify new business opportunities and support the activation of brand campaigns in the on-trade channel The Ideal Candidate You will have a proven track record in drinks, FMCG or hospitality sales, with strong experience in the on-trade channel. You'll be commercially minded, relationship-focused and comfortable operating independently across a regional territory.

Experience managing national or regional pub, bar or restaurant groups is highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of the UK drinks market and be confident presenting to senior stakeholders, skilled in negotiation and capable of influencing at all levels.
Location North West England (field-based role covering the region)
Package £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + bonus + benefits
