We have partnered with a new client who are expanding, and their brand-new Watford HQ is the next step in their mission to accelerate sustainable technology that genuinely makes a difference. As leaders in ‘Sustainable Tech for Good’ and circular-economy innovation, they partner with huge names, councils, and organisations across the UK (and the world) to reduce carbon footprint and build a cleaner future.

We’re now looking for a Key Account Manager who can blend technical understanding with commercial instinct. Someone who builds trust, nurtures long-term partnerships, and thrives in a purpose-driven environment will be the perfect match for this role.

🌱 The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the company for some of their most important customers. You’ll combine technical sales expertise with relationship-led account management, ensuring our partners get the most from their solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety: one day you’ll be on-site with a major customer discussing system performance, the next you’ll be shaping proposals, analysing data, or collaborating with engineering teams to deliver improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
