Key Account Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: up to £60k per annum

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Key Account Manager who thrives on building lasting client relationships, solving complex challenges, and delivering exceptional service in a global clinical trial environment.
If you're someone who enjoys owning key accounts, thinking strategically, negotiating solutions, and making a genuine impact on patient access to innovative treatments, we'd love to hear from you.
This role will be fully remote, with the Head Office based in Staffordshire. There will be a requirement to attend the head office one day per month for team-building days.
As one of their Key Account Managers, you will be the trusted partner for some of their most valued clients. Taking ownership of their clinical trial supply projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.

Your role will include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
- Building trusted, long-term partnerships through exceptional service.
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and gross profit while delivering value to clients.
- Leading regular client meetings and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinating global sourcing strategies through their audited supplier network.
- Negotiating product pricing, access, and commercial agreements.
- Working closely with logistics teams to deliver study medication to sites across the globe.
- Monitoring account performance through KPIs and proactively driving continuous improvement.
- Resolving challenges quickly with practical, client-focused solutions.
- Collaborating across multiple internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
You will need to have previous working experience within clinical trials, but alongside this, other skills and experiences that matter are:
