We are looking for a Key Account Manager professional who wants to work with international clients and have a real impact on business growth. Join us and make waves in your career!
You will be in charge of:
- Developing business relationships in international markets – identifying opportunities, initiating contact, and converting them into deals.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact and cold calling to contract signing.
- Expanding and growing the new client portfolio, building long-term, value-generating relationships.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Leading negotiations and contributing to the closing of strategically important deals.
- Preparing commercial proposals and ensuring their smooth submission through client systems.
- Representing the company internationally in meetings, negotiations, and relationship development.
- Achieving ambitious sales targets and directly contributing to business growth.

We expect You:
- Have solid sales experience in ship HVAC, piping, and/or interior outfitting projects.
- Be able to independently generate new business opportunities and manage the full sales process.
- Be a strong negotiator, capable of working with decision-makers at different levels.
- Be results-driven, with a focus on closing deals and achieving targets.
- Be able to effectively plan your time, manage priorities, and work in a dynamic, international environment.
- Be proactive, self-driven, and take ownership of your results.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- Be available for business trips.

Salary:
