SALON GROWTH SPECIALIST (KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER)

🌿 JOIN OUR TEAM We are looking for a Sales Representative – Professional Haircare to join our team and drive business growth within the professional beauty sector. This role is key to developing and maintaining strong relationships with salons and industry professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our innovative haircare solutions. You will act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them achieve commercial success while supporting the expansion of our brand in the market.

🌿 THE ROLE
- Market research and analysis, targeting Clients and Prospects;
- Operate as the primary point of contact for the key clients/accounts;
- Develop long term relationships through appropriate Customer/Prospect contact to achieve agreed business aims and targets;
- Support the salon partner to differentiate themselves and grow their salon business;
- Prepare and guarantee a monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
🌿 REQUIREMENTS
- 2 + years of experience as a Key Account Manager/Sales Representative in Professional Haircare industry;
- Fully available and flexible to travel within the UK and abroad, if required;
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset;

🌿 WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary circa £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience;
- Car allowance;
- 28 days paid annual leave which includes 8 public and bank holidays;
