Your role
We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager in the South West area to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a patient-focused organisation delivering high-quality services across the UK healthcare sector.
As Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional sales performance, developing strategic customer relationships, and contributing to the ongoing commercial success of the business within NHS and pharmaceutical markets.

Key responsibilities
Achieve regional sales and profit targets as defined by the Hospital Team Manager Contribute to the development and execution of commercial strategy, pricing, and profitability plans within your territory Promote Bath ASU and Pharmaxo as innovative and customer-focused partners across UK Pharmacy and Hospital sectors Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the NHS and pharmaceutical industry at local and regional levels Identify and develop new business opportunities to support sustainable growth Deliver agreed commercial objectives in line with company strategy and goals Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational delivery

Benefits
Competitive salary Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service) Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
