Key Account Manager - South West UK
Key Account Manager (JULÄINE™) – South West Region
Are you passionate about aesthetic medicine, regenerative solutions, and being part of Nordberg Medical—the Swedish biotech pioneer behind the innovative JULÄINE™ injectable?
Within a supportive and innovative UK team at an early stage, you’ll lead sales, business development, and key account management for the South West region.
Reporting to our UK Sales Manager, you’ll align strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to position Nordberg Medical as a leader in aesthetic innovation.
About the Role
As our Key Account Manager for JULÄINE™, you will have full ownership over sales and business development in your designated South West territory. This includes:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive product performance and exceed key account targets.
- Forefront relationships with HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) and key decision-makers across regenerative and biostimulation categories.
- Delivering tailored sales solutions, including customised business plans and persuasive presentations to maximise commercial success.
- Growing awareness and adoption of JULÄINE™ in the regional market for aesthetics.
- Actively contributing to the growth story of our 3-year UK expansion as global leaders in regenerative aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Driving product sales through targeted strategies for high-value key accounts.
- Identifying and nurturing commercially viable commercial leads within the South West.
- Creating and executing tailored business plans and presentations for customer engagement.
- Representing Nordberg Medical at industry events, conferences and trade exhibitions.
- Staying updated on market trends, particularly within biostimulator injectables and regenerative aesthetics, to effectively advise customers.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Research teams for cohesive brand and revenue growth.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UK-experienced Account/Sales Management (specialised in medical aesthetics).
- Field Sales Experience – a strong focus on direct healthcare professional engagement.
- HCP Relationships – ability to build and sustain a credible network of influential Aesthetic Medicine Practitioners and decision-makers.
- Experience with Regenerative Treatment Solutions (preferable for JULÄINE™).
