As our new Key Account Manager
You will be managing and growing strategic accounts by developing deep relationships with decision-makers, maximising Grundfos product adoption across customer organisations, and executing targeted growth strategies that expand our market share.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Water Utility Sales team, you'll create impact by Strengthening strategic customer relationships and driving measurable sales growth that directly supports Grundfos's mission to pioneer solutions to the world's water and climate challenges.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimise business with key regional, and local accounts by executing growth strategies and developing strong relationships with decision-makers
- Maximise Grundfos product presence across focused accounts by identifying opportunities to apply the full product portfolio within each customer's organisation
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans, registering all activities and nurturing opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with CSSC, marketing, and finance teams to deliver maximum value propositions, support targeted campaigns, and manage aged debt effectively
- Drive mutually beneficial process improvements and productivity gains at account level and within global agreement frameworks

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a relationship-driven sales professional with strong strategic thinking, proven ability to influence decision-makers, and a talent for identifying and developing growth opportunities within complex customer organisations. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with several years of relevant sales experience
- Proven experience driving and leading business processes or projects within a sales organisation
- Strong ability to influence others and build relationships with key decision-makers at multiple organisational levels
- Solid knowledge of sales plans, processes, activities, and relevant systems within a commercial environment

It is a plus if you also:
- Master's Degree and experience managing key accounts at national, regional, and local levels
- Knowledge of CRM tools, pipeline management, and experience with value-based selling and negotiation
- Understanding of target markets, products, and applications in the pump or municipal water sector, including experience with global agreements and frameworks
