Key Account Executive

Now we're looking for someone who wants more than just another sales job.
About the Role
Working directly with our leadership team, you'll take ownership of some of the UK's biggest grocery customers while getting hands-on experience across sales, operations, and trade marketing.
What You'll Be Doing
🤝 Grow Great Retail Partnerships
- Build day-to-day relationships with Tesco and Morrisons
- Prepare customer meetings, JBPs, and business reviews
- Support new product launches and range reviews
- Monitor sales, forecasts, and promotional performance

📈 Keep the Business Moving
- Manage forecasts and demand planning
- Work closely with supply chain to deliver outstanding service
- Maintain pricing, customer administration, and commercial documentation
- Track KPIs and deliver regular business reporting
🚀 Bring the Brand to Life
- Execute promotions and in-store campaigns
- Coordinate artwork, POS, and launch timelines
- Analyse campaign performance
- Work with marketing to activate exciting retailer programmes
🌱 Grow the Business with New Customers
- Spot opportunities with new retailers
- Support commercial pitches and presentations
About You
If You Have
- 3–5 years' experience in FMCG sales, category, or commercial roles
- Experience working with major grocery retailers
- Tesco or Morrisons experience is a big plus
- Buying or category management experience
- Strong commercial thinking and analytical skills
- Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint
- Great organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
