Job Mission

To be responsible for the development of Davines within existing salon partners and to research, qualify, and win new business accounts in line with the company brand standards and set objectives, thus contributing to the profitable and sustainable growth of the Company.

What You Will Do

  • To effectively develop sales & salon partner numbers to achieve your overall sales budget and target for new salon partners in your given sales territory.
  • To create and effectively manage a 4-week call cycle to support the achievement of your monthly sales budget.
  • To effectively manage a detailed electronic company diary that corresponds with your call cycle.
  • To effectively keep up to date and utilise Salesforce as a means of maintaining and growing your sales territory.
  • To effectively prospect and cold call on potential new salon partners as a means of growing your sales territory.
  • To have effective communication with salon partners in all matters relating to the management of their account, including but not specific to promotional briefs, new products, retail product training, in-salon merchandising of Davines, policy changes, terms and conditions, price lists, education, orders, credits & after sales support.
  • To effectively manage agreed business plans with a defined selection of salon partners within your sales territory.
  • To effectively manage an education plan for each salon partner to obtain growth.
  • To have effective internal communication with Head Office, education, and sales teams to enable salon partner growth, excellent management, and achievement of your sales budget.
  • To learn to a proficient standard all Davines product ranges to effectively promote said brands with existing and prospect salon partners. This will include particular reference to our colour lines and the ability to effectively train in-salon retail product knowledge.
  • To maintain and provide up-to-date sales information as supplied and directed for monthly sales meetings.

  • This role requires strong sales colour experience within the haircare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and building accounts.
  • Strong and effective negotiation skills.

  • Highly motivated, passionate, enthusiastic with strong business acumen.
  • Flexible attitude towards changing goals.
  • A full, clean driving licence is essential.
