Job Description As a Key Account Manager you will play a vital role in driving business growth while positioning our portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for delivering commercial success across your territory by achieving sales objectives, strengthening product positioning, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your impact goes beyond sales, you shape perception, trust, and value. In this position you will be field based. Qualifications At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Demonstrated experience in Ophthalmology is preferred. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare system and regulatory/compliance requirements. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals. Proactive and customer-focused, with strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities. Comfortable using digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, PowerBI, Outlook and Excel..
