Proclinical is seeking a dynamic and solution-focused Key Account Management to be responsible for driving growth in the neuroscience portfolio by optimizing patient outcomes and delivering tailored solutions to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs). You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies that enhance service delivery, address capacity challenges, and provide targeted training to HCPs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for improving patient care and achieving sales targets in key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in high-value accounts by optimizing services and acquiring new patients.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet the specific needs of key accounts.
- Build strong relationships with HCPs and HCOs to identify opportunities for improving patient care pathways.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align internal and external stakeholders on strategic goals.
- Deliver market-leading sales activities through both face-to-face and virtual interactions.
- Leverage digital tools and materials to enhance customer engagement and reach.
- Develop deep expertise in neuroscience products and disease states to support clinical discussions.
- Proactively address account developments and implement swift, effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ABPI Code of Practice and maintain high ethical standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive change within healthcare organizations.
- Proficiency in business analytics, strategic planning, and key account management.
- Experience in building HCP advocacy and fostering collaborative relationships.
- Competence in project management, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- Knowledge of the local NHS environment, including priorities and drivers.
- Familiarity with hybrid working models and digital engagement tools.
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in neuroscience or NHS-related roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Fluency in English is required.
