Salary & Location
- Salary (OTE): £31,772.37 (£27,572.37 base + £4,200 maximum annual commission: £350/month after 3-month probation)
- Location: Southeast London (Territory: SE1, SE4–SE24)

About the Role
You will be a Field Sales Key Account Representative working with British American Tobacco (BAT), a global FMCG leader. This dynamic, hands-on role involves driving availability, visibility, and compliance of BAT products at the point of purchase in your assigned territory. You’ll be on the frontline, building relationships and influencing retail decisions to maximise brand presence and sales.
Working alongside Acosta Europe, you will:
- Own your territory with full accountability
- Use real-time data to guide interventions
- Foster long-term partnerships with store teams
- Leverage digital tools and reporting for better in-store impact
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Execution
- Conduct store visits and implement key compliance interventions
- Ensure promotional consistency and support product launches
- Negotiate additional displays and off-shelf space

Data & Reporting
- Record all in-store activities with photos and detailed records
- Utilise digital tools to adjust strategies in real time
- Analyse competitor activity and retail trends for actionable insights
Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers
- Align store objectives with BAT’s growth strategies
Inventory Management
- Monitor point-of-sale (POS) stock levels
- Ensure readiness for all promotional cycles
Requirements

Essential:
- Full valid UK manual driving licence (due to field-based travel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, target-driven personality with strong time-management
- IT literacy and admin/reporting proficiency

- Retail, FMCG, or field sales experience (while not mandatory)
