About the Role

We are seeking a Key Account Specialist to join our team based in Milton Keynes, 37.5 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who loves the fashion watch industry and enjoys working with top-quality products.

Making an Impact

As a Key Account Specialist, you will:

  • Support the Key Account Manager in growing business with Travel Retail Key Accounts across EMEA.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, review performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver customer visits, presentations (based on KAM input), and custom account collateral.
  • Manage retailer-specific documentation, pricing, and communications.
  • Collate competitor insights and ensure retailers receive updates operational updates.
  • Assist in product sell-ins using company tools and track standard wholesale pricing for accounts.

Role-Specific Requirements

  • Strong communicator (written & verbal).
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and act decisively.
  • Negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable to change.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Wholesale industry experience preferred.
  • Excel proficiency to manage data effectively.
  • Tracks peak tasks: Promotional coordination, pricing, reporting, and judging big accounts.
