The role serves as the central point of contact for Regional Managers and customers, handling administrative duties and supporting the Key Accounts Manager in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Creation, organisation, and maintenance of job records
- Handling inbound/outbound phone inquiries
- Managing correspondence with customers and franchise partners
- Complaint resolution
- Contract renewals
- Processing quotation requests
- Purchase orders management
- Invoice scheduling
- Processing and uploading orders
Customer & Operational Liaison
- Telephone/email communication regarding quotes, works orders, and service delivery
- Addressing customer and franchisee queries
- Coordinating with accounts, tender, and business development teams
Additional Duties
- Credit control for key accounts
- Portal management
- Performing reasonable additional duties as required

Experience/Skills/Knowledge Required
Experience
- Credit control (desirable but not mandatory)
- Proven track record in customer service
- IT literacy (expertise in Microsoft Office required)
- Experience with CRM systems (preferable)
