Key Accounts Partnerships (Partnerships Activation)
At a time of continued growth and commercial expansion across the ATP, we are investing in our Partnerships & Business Development team and looking for proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused talent to help deliver world-class partner activation.
This role is ideal for someone hungry to grow their career in global sports partnerships – a person who understands modern sponsorship activation, thrives in a fast-paced international environment, and takes pride in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional work.
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships and based in London, this position will manage and service a number of ATP Tour partners across multiple tournaments, markets, and time zones, working with some of the world’s leading global brands. The role requires strong account management, creative thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate complex stakeholder groups across internal teams, tournaments, agencies, and partners.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering contractual benefits, developing innovative activations, supporting renewals and commercial growth, and ensuring ATP continues to set the standard for partnership excellence across global sport.
This role offers strong development opportunities within ATP’s global Partnerships & Business Development team, with progression opportunities into senior strategic account leadership roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Partnership Account Management:
- Day-to-day management of assigned ATP Tour global partnership accounts across multiple regions, tournaments, and time zones.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with partners, ATP tournaments, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and alignment
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, providing proactive communication, problem-solving, and strategic support
- Manage partner budgets, account plans, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure high standards of service and execution

- Sponsor Servicing & Activation Delivery
- Oversee the delivery, tracking, and optimisation of all contractual partnership benefits
- Lead the planning and execution of sponsor activations across digital, social, content, hospitality, media, and on-site tournament environments
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and deliver best-in-class partnership campaigns, branded content, and creative solutions that maximise partner value and fan engagement
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between Partnerships, Marketing, Communications, and assigned ATP Tournament teams to deliver integrated sponsor programs
- Ensure all partner activations are delivered to best-in-class industry standards, with a strong focus on innovation, creativity, and measurable value
- Identify opportunities to improve partner experiences and enhance the effectiveness of sponsorship programs across the ATP Tour ecosystem
- Maintain accurate reporting, status documents, and internal processes to support account management excellence
- Prioritise multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment while working independently and proactively
- Travel to ATP tournaments globally to manage on-site activations, partner servicing, and relationship management
- Commercial Growth & Business Development
- Maximise renewal opportunities and identify upsell potential across assigned partnership accounts
- Support the development of new commercial opportunities with sponsors, licensees, and ATP members
- Contribute to sponsorship sales materials, renewal presentations, case studies, and commercial proposals when required
- Contract Management & Internal Process Excellence
- Support contract review processes by reviewing draft legal contracts and ensuring commercial rights, deliverables, and partnership obligations are clearly aligned before legal execution
- Work closely with the Legal team to provide clear commercial context, maintain best-practice templates, and support timely and efficient contract execution

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 4-5 years of experience in partnership management, sponsorship account management, or commercial marketing within sport, entertainment, media, agency, rights holder, or brand environments
- Strong understanding of global sponsorships, partnership activations, and integrated marketing delivery across digital, content, media, and live event environments
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple markets and time zones
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify renewal opportunities, upsell potential, and new business opportunities
- Experience reviewing sponsorship contracts and working closely with legal teams on rights delivery and commercial agreements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative activation ideas and branded content solutions for partners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong client-facing confidence
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Prior experience with planning and inventory management tools, including Kore and Click-Up
- Strong digital understanding and knowledge of reporting tools, sponsorship measurement, and performance tracking
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluent English required; additional languages are highly valued
- Flexibility for international travel, including short-notice travel and approximately 10–11 weeks annually
