Keyholder – Levi’s

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by embodying our brand values with professionalism and teamwork
- Support the Store Management team with daily operational tasks and duties
- Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve exceptional performance and set KPI targets
- Provide guidance and support to help staff develop, ensuring goals are met and standards upheld
- Maintain strong visual standards throughout the store
- Assist with deliveries and stockroom organization
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store in the absence of senior managers

Key Requirements
We’re looking for a candidate who:

- Has experience in driving sales targets and accessing KPIs in a retail environment
- Possesses strong customer service skills
- Thrives as a team player but also demonstrates the ability to support and manage the sales floor
