Keyholder at Levi’s
As a Keyholder at Levi’s, you will thrive in an environment that celebrates change and innovation. You’ll be the critical link between our products and customers, while supporting and assisting our Stylists.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service through collaboration and embodying our brand values
- Assist the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties
- Drive and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and meet personal targets
- Offer guidance and development direction to the sales team, ensuring KPIs are met
- Maintain strong visual standards across the store
- Assist with deliveries and stock room organisation
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent

Ideal Candidate
Our ideal Keyholder will:
- Align with our brand values and be passionate about Levi’s
- Have retail experience, particularly in managing KPIs, sales targets, and customer service
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, supporting management where needed
- Possess leadership experience in managing teams on the shop floor
