As a Key Holder, you’ll have the autonomy and freedom to help shape the success of your store. You’ll be working directly with the Store and Deputy Managers, learning the ropes, and taking on responsibilities that will keep the store buzzing. Whether you’ve got experience in high-volume retail or you’re eager to dive in and learn, this is your chance to be part of something amazing!

What You’ll Be Doing

Crafting an unforgettable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Keeping a close eye on sales performance and helping to boost those numbers. Hitting KPIs and driving profitability – because success is our middle name! Supporting your team by recruiting, managing, and motivating them to smash store objectives. Ensuring all company standards are top-notch and consistently maintained. Prioritising the health and safety of your store and colleagues.
