Keyholder – Full/Part Time
As a Keyholder at Levi’s, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where change and innovation are encouraged. This role acts as the vital link between our products and our customers, while supporting our Stylists with unwavering dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by embodying teamwork and upholding Levi’s brand values
- Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties
- Motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving performance against targets
- Guide junior team members, ensuring they meet KPIs and develop professionally
- Maintain high visual standards across the store to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist with deliveries and stock room organisation to streamline operations
- Open and close the store independently when senior managers are unavailable
