Key Holder
Keyholder at Levi’s
As a Keyholder at Levi’s, you will thrive in a culture that celebrates change and innovation. You’ll be the vital bridge between our products and customers while supporting and assisting our stylists, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class customer service by embodying our brand values and collaborating effectively with the team
- Assist the Store Management Team with daily operational tasks and store responsibilities
- Motivate and support sales team members to excel in customer service while hitting individual targets
- Provide guidance and mentorship to help sales staff stay on track with performance metrics (KPIs)
- Uphold and enforce strong visual standards across the store
- Assist with stock management, including deliveries and organisation of the store room
- Open and close the store when senior managers are unavailable

Ideal Candidate Requirements

- Retail experience – Preferably with a track record of achieving KPIs, sales targets, and performance goals
- Strong customer service skills – Ability to build rapport and create positive shopping experiences
- Team player mindset – Willingness to assist management and support colleagues
- Leadership experience – Desire to mentor and manage team members on the shop floor
