Job Description We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Key Holder to support the leadership team in delivering exceptional sales performance and world-class client experience. As a Key Holder, you will act as a brand ambassador and role model for the team, supporting daily operations and taking ownership of the concession in the absence of management. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Experience Deliver exceptional, personalised service in line with luxury retail and Harrods standards Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain a strong personal client base through proactive clienteling Develop long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge Leadership & Team Support Act as Manager on Duty when required Lead by example in sales, service, and professionalism Support and motivate the team to achieve concession targets Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members Operations & Store Standards Support opening and closing procedures and ensure store security Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and boutique standards Support stock management, replenishment, and deliveries Ensure compliance with Harrods and brand operational procedures About You Essential Previous experience in premium or luxury retail Strong sales track record and client-focused approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and trustworthy Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Desirable Experience working within Harrods or luxury department store environment Previous senior sales or supervisory experience Clienteling experience What We Offer Opportunity to work within Harrods, a world-leading luxury environment Career development within Marella and Max Mara Fashion Group Competitive salary and benefits Supportive and collaborative team environment
