As a Keyholder, you’re integral to shaping the world’s best shopping experiences. Your role involves:
- Staying up-to-date on promotions, products, and marketing initiatives.
- Engaging with customers and meeting business targets as part of a dynamic team.
- Being the link between store operations and exceptional customer service.
Description
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering personalised and memorable shopping experiences that drive loyalty.
- Ensuring all customer inquiries—below the counter and on the phone—are resolved accurately.
- Adhering to fluid processes, from checkout to pricing, promoting returns with utmost professionalism.
- Projecting a positive, enjoyable attitude to elevate both customer and team morale.
- Upholding brand image and brand presence, ensuring:
- Store visit policies.
- Compliance with company dress code.
