About the Role
We are hiring a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. Your role involves:

Key Responsibilities
- Coaching & Leadership: Use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, instilling authentic and personalized customer service behaviors in the sales team.
- Sales & Customer Experience: drive performance to meet all sales and customer service targets through inspirational engagement.
- Retail Operations:
- Conduct start and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Assume opening and closing duties on a rota basis (including weekends, evenings, and special events).
- Sales & Technical Skills: Utilise proficiency in retail point-of-sale software to support transactions and operational tasks.
- Team Contribution: Empower colleagues while maintaining flies pace retail standards in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements
Essential
- Proven retail experience (preferably in cosmetics).
- Strong ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Desirable
- Previous experience with retail operations, including cash handling, opening/closing duties, and cash reconciliation.
- Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring teams to meet sales and service targets.
- Familiarity with retail POS software.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours (days, nights, weekends, events) in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.
