Summary
Join our team and play a key role in supporting safe and efficient production, helping to drive excellence across food safety, site safety and employee well-being.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to take responsibility for raw materials, labour, equipment and maintenance in their assigned area. You will act as a key link between departments, using your knowledge of Production and Packing to help achieve shared goals and drive projects forward.
Sunday to Thursday, 21:00-05:00
£14.78 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to your Line Manager on all production and packing matters.
- Engage regularly with wider teams across sites and HSE departments to support site production goals.
- Be a role model for safety behaviours, proactively reporting and resolving safety, health and environmental issues.
- Coach colleagues and new team members on health, safety and hygiene procedures.
- Champion clean-as-you-go practices and good manufacturing practices in your area.
- Ensure machinery hygiene checks are completed in line with company protocol, reporting defects promptly.
- Take an active role in health, safety and environmental audits.

The Ideal Candidate
- Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail with experience completing paperwork accurately.
- A proven track record of delivery and a commitment to role modelling high standards.
- Able to work effectively with peers across teams to achieve shared goals.
