Key Skilled Operatives – Debone Team (Dungannon Site, Pilgrim’s of Europe)
We are recruiting for Key Skilled Operatives to join our Debone team at our Pilgrim’s Europe (UK) site in Dungannon. This permanent role offers:
About the Role
Responsible for processing and packaging meat products while maintaining high standards in hygiene, quality and health & safety. Emphasis is placed on meeting production targets through effective teamwork.

Work Pattern
- Team A: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sunday (06:00–18:00)
- Team B (Week 2): Wed, Thu (06:00–18:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Processing tasks including filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering, evisceration (depending on process area)
- Ensuring personal hygiene standards and colleague safety compliance
- Producing consistently high-quality products
- Weighing and packaging products for distribution
- Rotating duties when required to support factory operations
- Meeting productivity standards and operating machinery safely (training provided)
- Undertaking any additional duties as needed

Requirements
Essential
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communication in English
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to work in a factory environment
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in food production or factory operations
- Knowledge of the food processing industry
- Knife skills or butchery experience
- Familiarity with data entry or computer keyboard tasks
