Work Pattern
- Team A: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sunday (06:00–18:00)
- Team B (Week 2): Wed, Thu (06:00–18:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Processing tasks including filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering, evisceration (depending on process area)
- Ensuring personal hygiene standards and colleague safety compliance
- Producing consistently high-quality products
- Weighing and packaging products for distribution
- Rotating duties when required to support factory operations
- Meeting productivity standards and operating machinery safely (training provided)
- Undertaking any additional duties as needed

Requirements
Essential
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communication in English
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to work in a factory environment
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in food production or factory operations
- Knowledge of the food processing industry
- Knife skills or butchery experience
- Familiarity with data entry or computer keyboard tasks
