We are currently recruiting for a KEY SKILL OPERATIVE in RTE EVENING SHIFT at Craigavon Pilgrim's Europe.
Job Purpose
To meet essential customer deadlines by ensuring product produced is correct first time to meet customer specifications.
Hours Of Work
Monday - Friday 16:00pm - Midnight
Duties/Responsibilities
- To operate at all times to the highest attainable safety standards.
- Ensure that all duties are carried out at all times:
- In a clean and tidy manner
- Within required technical specifications
- Comply with standard operating procedures in relation to CCP’s and formal traceability processes.
- Meet customer service requirements
- Minimise costs in terms of waste and give away
- Communicate and work closely with all colleagues in own area and with other colleagues in the team to ensure overall effectiveness of the department
- To take part in specific initiatives and project work both within your own area and Moy Park as a whole as required to improve our ways of working and reduce any unnecessary waste
- To monitor and control any negative environmental impact arising from the processes within area of responsibility; ensuring that all direct reports and colleagues are briefed and clear on regards to their responsibilities as outlined in the Moy Park Group Risk Management System Manual
- To carry out any reasonable managerial request

Desirable Criteria
- Previous food manufacturing experience
