Early Career Teacher (ECT) : KS2 Class Teacher

Location: Tower Hamlets

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Full:time, Permanent

Salary: Main Pay Scale (M1)

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin your teaching career in a supportive and ambitious school?

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECT KS2 Class Teacher to join our welcoming school community in Tower Hamlets from September 2026 . This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to develop their teaching practice, inspire pupils, and make a positive impact on childrens learning and progress.

As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, high:quality lessons, support pupils academic and personal development, and create a positive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to succeed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is completing their teacher training Is an enthusiastic and reflective ECT with a passion for KS2 teaching Has a good understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum Is committed to delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Has high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues Is eager to learn, develop, and contribute to wider school life
