The Role
A Keyholder is a critical position in our stores, offering the opportunity to:
- Work closely with premium product, customers, and achieve daily targets.
- Join a hardworking team.
- Contribute to creating the ‘Castore experience’—where every customer steps into a world of exceptional service and selling.
Contract: Temporary (12-hour/week basis).
Responsibilities
- Keyholding & banking duties
- Welcoming and serving customers as they enter
- Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Advising and assisting customers with product selection
- Handling complaints or escalating serious issues to the manager
- Processing customer transactions
- Replenishing stock on shelves
- Supporting store deliveries
- Monitoring and reporting KPIs (e.g., in-store orders, e-receipts)
- Upselling products and identifying add-on sales opportunities
